01Who is responsible for your data

Carlos Gómez, with address at Av. Chapultepec 360, Piso 2, Col. Roma Norte, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06700, Ciudad de México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data ("Splyt"). For anything related to this notice, write to contacto.splyt@gmail.com.

02What we collect

Only your email address, when you type it into an early-access form on this site. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your own browser also keeps — on your device, not on our servers — your language preference and, after you sign up, your email, to remember that you joined.

03What we use it for

We use your email for the following purposes, which are needed to give you the service you asked for:

• Adding you to the Splyt early-access list.
• Emailing you when your spot in the app is ready.
• Answering requests or questions you send us.

We do not use your email for secondary purposes such as advertising, promotions or profiling, and we do not sell it. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

04Who we share it with

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. We store it with cloud infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services), which may be located outside Mexico and only process it on our behalf, under our instructions and with security measures. These disclosures to processors do not require your consent.

We would only share your data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

05Your ARCO rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and how we use it (Access), to have it corrected (Rectification), to have it deleted from our records (Cancellation) and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise them, email contacto.splyt@gmail.com with: your name, the email you registered, the right you want to exercise and a clear description of your request, together with a document proving your identity (or your legal representative's). We will answer within 20 business days at most and, if the request applies, carry it out within the following 15 business days.

If you only want to leave the early-access list, just write to us from the email you registered.

06Withdrawing consent or limiting use

You can withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data, by writing to contacto.splyt@gmail.com. We will confirm your request within the same time frames as for ARCO rights.

07Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses no cookies, pixels, or analytics or advertising tools. It only uses your browser's local storage for the preferences described above; you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Fonts are served from our own domain.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will say so in this notice before turning them on.

08Minors

Splyt is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor gave us their email, write to us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this notice

We may update this notice because of legal changes or changes to our services or practices. Any change will be published on this page, with the date of the last update.

If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may turn to the competent authority on the matter.
