Every run,
accounted for.
Splyt writes the block, watches every kilometre, and talks to you like someone who was actually there. A coach in your pocket, your people on the road with you.
iOS first. Android close behind.

Last week's final rep slipped a little — normal. Start easy, let the last one be your best. 2 min jog between.
to go
A coach who
already read
your week
Ask anything, any hour. Coach Ana knows your last twelve weeks — the session you cut short, the pace you keep drifting to, the knee you mentioned on Tuesday. Answers come back in seconds, not at your next appointment.
- Reads every run you have logged, not just this one
- Answers on fuelling, niggles, taper, race pace
- Changes the plan when your answer says it should
A plan that
moves when
you do
Tell Splyt the race and the number you want next to your name. It builds the block backwards from race day, then redraws it every week against what you actually ran — not what the plan hoped you would.
- Blocks built backwards from your goal race
- Volume adjusts to the week you had, not the one on paper
- A race-day plan you can read at the start line
Out at 4:25 for 3 km, settle into 4:20, spend what's left after Reforma. Splyt tells you live if you're ahead of it.
Your people,
on the road
with you
See who is out right now, how far in they are, and how it is going. Send a cheer that lands on their wrist mid-rep. Share a run live, or keep it to yourself — the switch is on every single run.
- Live runs from the people you actually run with
- Cheers that arrive while it still hurts
- Private by default — sharing is per run
Coaching that
happens during
the run
Pace, heart rate, rep count, and a coach line that shows up exactly when the session turns. Splyt tells you to ease off in the first kilometre and to spend it in the last — while you can still do something about it.
- Live splits against the session, not a generic target
- Coach cues at the moment they matter
- Ahead-or-behind, called out on race day
Easy start — let the first kilometre feel almost boring.
Bring the
years you
already ran
Connect a watch and Splyt pulls in the history: three years of Garmin files, your Strava back catalogue, whatever the Apple Watch has been quietly recording. The coach starts informed on day one.
- Apple Watch, Garmin, Strava, Coros
- Full history import, not just runs from today
- Record anywhere — nothing gets lost

Splyt pulls in runs you recorded elsewhere, so nothing gets lost.
Three steps to a real block
- 01
Connect your watch
Splyt reads everything you have already run and works out where you actually are.
- 02
Name the race
Date, distance, and the time you want. The block gets built backwards from there.
- 03
Run it
Coaching during the run, an honest read after it, and a plan that adjusts before next week.
The numbers your coach sees before you say a word.
Before you ask
Is Splyt replacing a human coach?
No. It replaces the six days a week you cannot reach one. Coach Ana is there at 5am before a tempo and at 11pm when your calf is talking — with your whole history in front of her.
Do I have to run with my phone?
No. Record on your watch and Splyt picks it up. The phone is for the coach, the plan, and your people.
Who can see my runs?
Nobody, unless you say so. Sharing is off by default and decided run by run — the toggle sits on the start screen.
What if I miss a week?
The plan redraws. Splyt would rather rebuild the block around a bad week than hand you a schedule you have already fallen off.
Which races does it plan for?
5K through marathon, plus trail and time-goal blocks. Pick the race, pick the number, and the weeks get built for it.
When can I use it?
Early access opens on iOS first, Android shortly after. Leave your email and you will be in the first group.
